The redacted section 15 of the Operation Yellowhammer document that will only be seen by top advisers  The document that tells us what the government is planning for a no-deal Brexit, has now been published.  But there is one section that ministers and civil servants do not want us to see – But there is one section that ministers and civil servants do not want us to see –  Paragraph 15, which is all about fuel and the potential loss of 2,000 jobs with two refinery closures.  The government says that it has been redacted ‘on the grounds of commercial sensitivity’.  The document was originally leaked over the summer to the Times, but it has been tweaked in parts.  This is what it says according to the original leak in August:  15.
